Common Questions

Do I need an account to use the app?

No. SubTrail is designed to work offline-first. Basic features are available immediately without an account, and your data stays on your device. An account is only required for Pro users who wish to use Cloud Sync across multiple devices or Data Export features.

How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account directly within the app by going to Settings and tapping "Delete Account." This action permanently erases your profile, subscription history, and all synced data from our servers. Alternatively, you can submit a deletion request via our web portal at: SubTrail - Account and Data Deletion Request .
